Under room temperature, easily soluble in water, Acetone, butyl alcohol, benzene, chloroform, dimethylformamide, dioxane, ethylene glycol, methyl (ethyl or butyl), celluloid on the solvent and acetic acid. At 50ºC, soluble in Carbon tetrachloride, dichloroethane, styrene, etc. 2. stable to dilute acid and alkali (5%). Decompose when the temperature is raised to 180ºC. 3. can be used together with cationic and non-ionic surfactants. Donot use together with anionic surfactants in the same bath tub. Applications: 1. for synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon, polyvinyl chloride, etc. Excellent anti-static property. Can be used alone. Or used together with other oil agents, emulsifiers,(except anionic surfactants) in the water solution. Dosage about 0.2-0.5% (w.o.f) 2. levelling agent for polyacrylonitrile 3. anti-static agent for Polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene film and plastic products. Dissolve it in the solvent solution, mix with few plastic powder, dry, then add it into the rest of plastic powder. Dosage: normally 0.5-2% of amount of the plastics. 4. Anti-static agent for nitrile rubber spinning roller. 5. Silk anti-static agent. 6. alkali reduction accelerator for polyester silk like fabric. 7. Asphalt emulsifier. Packing and Storage: 45Kg per plastic drum. Store and transport per rules for general chemicals. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated place. Shelf time: 2 years
